This artifact is from my Strategic Planning in Health Organizations course (PBHL-H401) and highlights my preliminary strategic plan for Hoosier Village, a nonprofit senior living community in Indiana. In this project, I analyzed the organization’s internal and external environment using tools such as a SWOT analysis and developed strategic initiatives to support long-term growth and sustainability. This assignment strengthened my ability to think critically, apply strategic planning frameworks, and develop solutions that address real-world challenges in healthcare organizations.
