Gabby Jimenez

I am passionate about helping others and improving the systems that support their care. My goal is to become a healthcare administrator who creates efficient, compassionate, and patient centered environments that enhance access, quality, and overall community well being.

About

I am currently a senior at Indiana University, where I am studying Health Services Management. bring several years of management experience in the food service industry, where I developed strong skills in team leadership, organization, customer service, and daily operations. These experiences have prepared me to transition into healthcare administration, where I hope to apply my management background to support efficient, patient-centered, and compassionate care environments.

Why Health Services Management?

I chose to study Health Services Management because I want to help people while working on the business and administrative side of healthcare rather than in a clinical role. Although I originally considered nursing, I realized that my strengths and interests align more with leadership, organization, and improving how healthcare systems operate. I hope to contribute to healthcare in a meaningful way by helping organizations deliver compassionate, effective, and accessible care to the communities they serve.
